Terms of service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Observability Insight Website and Portal. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Observability Insight is operated by Observability Insight (Tax ID Pendiente de asignación), located at Barcelona, España. You can write to us at info@observabilityinsight.com.

2. What the service is

Observability Insight is a platform that connects analytics, marketing, business and performance data sources, unifies them and uses AI to generate reports and answers about them, also available from external assistants through the MCP protocol. The availability of connectors and features depends on the plan and may change.

Consulting and log and trace analysis services (reports) are professional services that are additionally governed by the proposal or agreement made in each case.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account and you are responsible for the activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials and tokens.
  • The service is aimed at professionals and companies. You must be over 18 and have the capacity to accept these terms, on your own behalf or on behalf of your organisation.
  • You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, trials and payments

There is a free plan and paid plans, whose features, limits and prices are shown in the Portal when you subscribe. Free trials and cancellation terms are stated in the relevant offer. We may change plans and prices with reasonable notice, without affecting a period you have already paid for.

5. Connections to third-party services

To work, the service connects to third-party tools (such as Google, TikTok or Meta) through authorisations that you grant and can revoke at any time.

You must have the right to connect those accounts and comply with each provider's terms. We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages in their APIs that affect the service.

6. Your data

The data you connect or upload remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the necessary legal basis to process that data, including personal data of your own users.

7. AI-generated results

Reports and answers are generated by artificial intelligence models from your data. They are indicative, may contain errors or omissions and are not professional advice. Verify the information before making decisions based on it.

If you provide your own AI provider key, you bear that provider's costs and terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Break the law or third-party rights, or connect accounts without authorisation.
  • Try to access other users' systems or data without permission, or bypass usage limits or security measures.
  • Reverse engineer the service, or resell it or offer it to third parties without our agreement.
  • Overload the infrastructure or abuse the API or MCP access.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of Observability Insight belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you have an active account. You are free to use the reports generated from your data in your business.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of continuous availability. There may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features, giving you reasonable notice when the change significantly affects you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business opportunities, or for decisions made based on AI-generated results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor consumers' mandatory rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@observabilityinsight.com. We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms or poses a risk to the service, giving you notice where possible. After termination, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version with its date and, if the change is substantial, give you reasonable notice. If you keep using the service afterwards, we will understand that you accept it.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law assigns another mandatory venue, such as the consumer's place of residence.
